Returns & Exchanges

At New York & Company, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
